Operation and maintenance
1. The sitting exciter is mainly used for screens, and is one part of screening systems.
2. The eccentric masses of exciter are rotating reversely under external force.
3. Bearing of exciter should add lubricant once every 3-5 months.
4. To test run 2-4 hours after installation, and to be used after testing ok.
5. The holding down bolts adopt lock device, in order to avoid their loosening and damaging the exciter.
6. The exciter should be to clean once every 5-6 months, and to check the abrasion speed of its bearing once a year. Please, maintain or change the bearings in time if necessary.
