Working Principle and Structure feature

WZDS series biaxial self-synchronization elliptical(linear) same thickness screen is near cured surface combined with three parts of screen plate in different angles. When are in the screening, the materials are reducing through the sieve, the speed of the materials lows down as the lean angle of screen decreases, then to make the thickness of the materials in and out almost the same.Without using synchronous transmission and connection devices but two motors in the same parameters to drive the two groups of axes. in the moment of starting simultaneously, the two motors synchronously rotate with the two groups of lean angle screen plate through the two concentric axes.
